Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation within 2 minutes of placing the order or before the kitchen starts preparation. Once food preparation has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

• If an amount is debited from your account but the order fails or is rejected by the merchant.
• If the wrong item or spoiled food is delivered and verified by our support team.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds for online transactions through PhonePe will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI/Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking protocol.
